Our primo campground is 38km from Barcelona and its right next to the mediterranean or the Balearic Sea. It is cooler on the coast and the sea breezes are very welcome. It is still about 30 degrees each day but with a beautiful sea to dive into and two lovely pools at the campground its really not a hardship.
