Fantastic views at breakfast looking at the boats and the islands in the distance. Its cloudy today so far so can't see as far as last night, but a magical view regardless. We set up the navigator in the car to take us to Nina's in Bowburn close to Durham. Turns out the time estimation given by the machine was more than accurate and we arrived on time for dinner and to see the little ones off to bed.

... Scotland will be the last, and longest, leg of this amazing journey that started with my departure from Philadelphia the 24th of June. So far I have visited Lisbon and Marvão in Portugal; Casablanca, Rabat, and Tangier in Morocco; the Vigo area in Galicia, Spain; Nice and Èze in France; Warsaw and the Mazury Lake District in Poland; Stockholm, Sweden; and Dobcross (Saddleworth), England. This Scotland visit will take me to Glasgow and Oban, out to ...
