... and had planned on doing some hiking. Having looked at a map of the park we had chosen a route that was reasonably long, but not too strenuous. We parked up and set off on our walk. It didn't take long for our plans to change. Maybe about 5 minutes, perhaps less! Mosquito season in this part of Canada has just started and when they come out they come out in force. As we walked along dozens of mosquitoes followed in tow, accompanied ...

... seeing the elusive bear was a highlight for us and for them as well as you can see, we proceeded to Mont Tremblant a paradise in the mountains for skiers and an attractive place for us to visit. We struggled to work out how people can still be doing these events in these age ...

He looks buggered and a bit shaky and the medic comes and checks on him Lucky I've seen it before . He's ok after a while.why do they do this? The medal is huge! It is such a wonderful achievement . Royce says "swim was good , ride was hard but doable, felt good off ...

Slow start this morning. Laundry duties! Very exciting! Nicole did a bike ride and a run. We headed out just before lunch. We drove to what they call old Mont Tremblant. It was where they first had lodges and restaurants. It was quite interesting but no where near as pretty as Mont Tremblant Village.

We then went back to our room to meet Nicole. We then all headed down to the IRONMAN Village so that she could rack her bike. The bike area is now half full. It ...
