    After the excitement of the race had calmed down we headed out for a late lunch at Spag and Co, an Italian restaurant right on the finish line. It is now time to celebrate Fathers Day. We had a great lunch but also watched some amazing athletes cross the line. By this stage most of them were in the 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79 and 80 to 84 age groups.     ... as I am looking at the entrance and he has already gone through ( he tells me later) . I head back to the room for a bit and then back to the race action. The pros are coming in to transition so I head for the VIP stand and end up sitting behind the commentator ... Have a selfie with them and head off with Ty and Justine to try and catch the bike action. We see Royce whizz by , we yell with all our might bout I don't think he saw us again ! ...
