... is" having not been here since five years ago. The place was again more beautiful than I had remembered. Lovely little shops, restaurants, boutiques, lodges, resorts, and even a casino, all nicely decorated that made this small village look like a picture right out of a fairy book.
We proceeded walking along the cobblestone pavement, up the hill, looking here and there. The colour of the ...
... with is a paramedic - perfect! (I may have mentioned that before...can't remember...)
We had a wonder around, then went to Charles' sister's bed and breakfast in Mont Tremblant - it was a fantastic place with loads of really nice, vintage furniature and an old piano and a bar from Paris! And we had a very pleasant picnic outside with Charle's family. Twas a lovely excursion all in all!

Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Canada mckelsos... across the Pont Laviolette (which I have been admiring from afar for like, 5 weeks). Lucky us, we got to cross it twice, since the first time we went through it, we were going the wrong way. :)

Rawdon, Quebec, Canada anaisetmat... backpacking trip, already dating back to 4 years ago, acts as a rough guide to this one, although I anticipate many differences, not the least of which are my age (a whole quarter-century..will I be like a grandma compared to the high school kids?) and the fact that I'm travelling off-season (hopefully I won't be the only one!). I still have lots to get done before my flight, so I'll end my first entry here. Stay tuned...
Blainville, Quebec, Canada canadianjulie... snow. But we arrive in lovely Mont Tremblant safely. So we checked-in to our hotel but we should have gone to another hotel called Les Johannsen. Day 21 Well today we were up early and enjoying our free breakfast. Straight after lunch we hit the slopes. Katherine and I started on the easiest run to get back into it which also happens to be the longest run at 4km. It didn't take us long and we had found our ski legs ...
Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada dkjohansen... same time..eeek! The return to RBC Dominion Securities for a week! I loved seeing everyone again as I had missed all those familiar faces (people you end up seeing more then your own family, you spend so many hours of your day at work..) but that whole work thing..yucky! Ok, who am I kidding, I couldn't really 'work' because I had to catch up with everyone and also because I was limited in what I could do as I am not registered/licensed with the company anymore.. Tuesday at ...
