    Day 20 - Wednesday, 24th September, 2014

    We left Le Cap D'Adge at around 11am and headed towards Perpignan which is the last large city in Southern France on the Mediterranean Coast before Spain.

    Up at 6.30am since we all slept in. Was exhausted from yesterday's effort so slept soundly. One of the men has a swollen foot and ankle. It started getting sore in Paris, but has become worse. Last night Jade took him to the hospital and he has cellulitis. Had to go and find a chemist this morning to have the prescription filled.
