... French lady And a couple from Netherlands the man looked like mick jagger and the women who was sitting next to me was indeed very special....tell you about it one day. We were served a bounty of food.. A huge pot of chicken noodle soup...Continental stole her recipe Iberian ham and cornishons with bread A stew not dissimilar to bolonaise sauce but served with tiny potatoes quartered. Cheese course Apple tart......delicious Apparitif of sangria Red wine ...
... about ten minutes of stumbling and searching for signs...I did say that I though this to be NOT one of our better ideas..... However it is amazing how quickly the sun does rise and very soon we were walking in beautiful morning sunrise with the mist hovering over the corn field and the roosters crowing and the cows mooing......and if I had smell o rammer you too could be blown away with the delightful morning country smells...... It was, I have to say a very hard day.. ...

We are staying at the communal Gite..as there was no other accommodation at a suitable distance for us.. So the Gite it had to be... Well we arrived in good time 2:30 pm after quite a long walk..French kilometres again... ... up cold..... Bossy Liz. Teased them and asked for an aparatiff ... Was very funny ... We had to work for a pre dinner drink... Laughter, laughter... They served us tomatoes salad, roast loin pork ( from the supermarket ..like we would buy a bar b q chicken)... Potatoes and green beans.....and some delicious Bri cheese...lovely dinner, lots of laughter and lots of fun... We loved ...
at the farm for the Easter break, and boy did it feel good to come
back. A really warm welcome from Gwen and Claire and a surprise of
baby Rabbits and a near complete terrace. It's massive and like a
whole extra house outside! Lot's more flowers and leaves on trees, and
cuddles with the kids and Eloise the Lamb. We started up with curing
(well, starting the process) some pork belly and eventually once the
