      ... with 1200 meters of elevation gain. This is just entirely too daunting to consider and in my mind could jeopardize the rest of the trip. Fortunately someone has developed an aubergue (hostel), in recent years, at kilometre 8 after 600 meters of elevation gain.       ... and a house version of patyourarm for dessert..plus tea or coffee. Off to sleep now to dream of all those mountain tomorrow... The Pyrenees are magnificent so every second the scenery is spectacular...this is what makes the whole walk worthwhile... Wish us luck for tomorrow and will keep you posted about tomorrow. Dinner, bed and breakfast in a twin room with bathroom but no sheets ( had to get out the orange slug) for 43 Eros per person...not bad don't you ...

      Back
      at the farm for the Easter break, and boy did it feel good to come
      back. A really warm welcome from Gwen and Claire and a surprise of
      baby Rabbits and a near complete terrace. It's massive and like a
