at the farm for the Easter break, and boy did it feel good to come
back. A really warm welcome from Gwen and Claire and a surprise of
baby Rabbits and a near complete terrace. It's massive and like a
whole extra house outside! Lot's more flowers and leaves on trees, and
cuddles with the kids and Eloise the Lamb. We started up with curing
(well, starting the process) some pork belly and eventually once the

last couple of weeks have been very relaxed as we have become more
set in our temporary home. The building of the terrace really takes
shape which is exciting and and more and more of spring shows! I am
becoming more and more like my Mum as I get excited about all the
flowers blooming! Little Lamb Eloise is doing really well and very
adorable, running over to you (rather than away like the others)
Been Two weeks on since last post and still all going extremely well. It's really nice to be useful, and be kept (lodging) and money taken out of the equation for this short time. Working hard but under no pressure as you might in employment. We have a great working team with all of us, the guys are working hard at getting the big wooden terrace up at the back and I am doing a lot of gardening. Really relaxing actually, I just hope it all lives ...
Paradise Found. Maybe not for all, but as the past week has gone by we are at a point where we really feel we are where we want to be. Not physically necessarily but this kind of lifestyle!
