... welcome. The hostess recommended a restaurant in Dole so off we went. We had the menu at 18€ and it was fabulous. Warm Chicken liver salad with goats cheese wrapped in Parma ham followed by calves liver (a lot of vitamin A) with a delicious sauce. Then ice cream pud. Just what we needed. Even a new electric bike shop had a blues/jazz quartet playing outside the shop. It is also the French capital of watchmaking and has a fascinating Museum of Time that we also toured. We didn't fit in a visit however to the amazing Astronomical Clock (1870) in the cathedral of Saint-Jean.
