... AMAZING! After dinner we went back to the bar and talked some time until someone proposed playing drinking games - and who could say no to that?! So we played some games and drank some more until we got tired and went to bed (though not everyone to their own beds…)

The rain continued to annoy us the following day, so the next hike got cancelled. Those who didn't spend the night in their bed were happy to hear that. By the way, when we asked that person whose ...

After that excursion which was ...

... are just amazing and put most of us to shame. It was only in May this year that I struggled to do the 8kms Mothers Day Classic in Melbourne. We need to all get our there and start exercising.

Nicole and David headed off to the heated spas in our hotel and Noel and I recuperated from a long day.

After a light dinner Nicole and David went out to find some action. Noel and I decided we'd had enough excitement for one day and spent a quiet night ...

... an amazing way to see the race. Best part ... The finish . I get access to the finish line. I get a special helper who brings me the medal and videos me putting it on Royce . He looks buggered and a bit shaky and the medic comes and checks on him Lucky I've seen it before . He's ok after a while.why do they do this? The medal is huge! It is such a wonderful achievement . Royce says "swim was good , ride was hard but doable, felt good off ...
