      ... very patient with other people in the car. Anyway we got there. The weather was not ideal for much exploring but did a quick look around and had lunch then onto Vaals.       ... parade that morning. All the roads into town were blocked. The problem with that is that I needed to go through town to get to the museum. With zero luck navigating back roads only to be turned around by police, I decided to park and walk. I didn't realize it, but the museum and memorial were only a mile or so from my parking spot.       ... a nearby river walk. We drove out looking for the town walk but ended up driving to the lookout. This turned out to be fine as it was pretty foggy and the walk was through dense trees. We cut the hike short and moved on.

      ... still expected us to be able to read Luxembourgish, French or German. I had to rack my brain to decipher the German - I hope my translation was correct!

      The town is centred around a beautiful town square and rounded-off by an impressive basilica. Beautiful as the town may be, there were flies and bees everywhere. Actually, flies and bees seem to love Luxembourg and we couldn't escape them the entire weekend.
