    ... the four hours from Amsterdam to Berdorf, Luxembourg. Unfortunately it was a bit of an extended trip since Marieke's GPS kept telling me to get off the freeway during my turn to drive. Marieke said to ignore it, and we ignored it one too many times...oops.

    ... we did a combination bus / walking tour of the Old City which was built on top of this huge rock with stone walls and gates added to defend the place. Today the city and country are one of the most prosperous places in Europe. We enjoyed sitting in an outdoor café and quaffing a Belgian beer. Tomorrow we do Trier in the morning and sail back down the Moselle in the afternoon.
