I know it's been a while since I've posted, but have no fear, I am not one of the unfortunate 8 souls who died last weekend from an avalanche in the surrounding areas. True stat. We got up to the mountain pass, on a gloomy, rainy day, only to find out that the passes weren't opened yet. We would have to go all the way back down and ...

8am train to Geneva then a stop at the tourist office to find out how to get to our hotel. They said if wasn't far to walk so off we went. Unfortunately my GPS was packed at the bottom of my bag and couldn't get it out. The short trip ended up being a hot, long, long walk ...
