... all who are healthy and happy and lots and lots of fun. We've of course in all those years been fortunate to have the love and respect for each other, to see us through. It's been the first time for many years we've been able to celebrate our anniversary, as we have usually had guests in. Sadly, said good bye to Jan & John this morning, they had decided to move onto near where they used to live, to see old friends. We were in our dressing gowns, why do people go so early, it was only 9.30am!!!!! The weather looks good and it is quite mild again, we have a few things to get in town, in particular dog food. ... west out of town to Beynac to attack the fortress.   It was raining very lightly, so cobblestones were slick with my shoes, not Chuck's. After we toured the castle we had a beer and headed down the hill - on a black-top road from a parking lot up top.     Another new acronym for this trip - TGFNK (thank God for new knees) On Wed. We headed for the ...

Last day on this lovely site. Went for a last coffee in Labastide and filled up with diesel for the journey north.

Meal in the restaurant in the evening and once again it was lovely. Owners and all the staff are very friendly. Lovely way to end our stay here. Looking forward to coming back next year.
