Anne of Green Gables brought us here but I have found that it is just a beautiful place. Every turn produces extensive green cultivated land. There is some yellow as the wheat is starting to dry off. The potato paddocks are neatly aligned in rows with most being topped with small white flowers. The soil is rich red all over the island and this is contrasted against the blue sea. The sun has been shining for us all day. I just can't believe the weather we ...

Cornwell Day 2: We had serious fire envy in the campground last night. Each site has an old wheel rim to use as a fire pit, but as we have no camp chairs we are only using the bench table & stools set we miss out. ... and we enjoyed walking by the water and watching the kite surfers. The water was 21 degrees!!!!! Unbelievably warm and we were kind of upset we didn't have out bathing suits with us. Mark found a rock. Yes, a rock. Albeit a perfectly round rock. But seriously, a rock. And he insisted on keeping it. So if anyone would like to see it, please make arrangements through him. I now must bring ...

... drove around the area and saw some awesome golf courses and resorts.

We then drove to North Rustico to find the Fishery Museum that was recommended in our guide book. As we drove up, we notice that the museum is located in the same building as the Skippers Restaurant so we decided to have lunch. We wanted a "light" lunch as we would be going to the Legion for dinner. Shirley ordered their clam chowder and I ordered ...
