And OFF we go again!!
It was a much more easier Goodbye to everyone on the UK this time, knowing it wouldn't be so long till we were back.
Got down to Calais the night before to make for an easy passage the next day on the Ferry which was very quiet and non-eventful.

Wow! That wasn't just 'beaucoup de vent' it was a full scale storm. Monty was rockin and rollin for a good few hours. At one time it felt like he was lifting and moving sideways - he wasn't but it felt fairly intense. The storm passed over and the wind dropped to gale force and the night passed.

We are gradually refining our packing up procedure. Making sure the rooflight in the loo is shut and the gas turned off is sometimes forgotten. And also packing up the bits and pieces off the bedside like the clock and glow mat. David is getting good at rushing to the back to deal with something that is rattling around.

We had a bumpy night as there were high winds and some rain during the night ( think its tail end of storms in England). But we all slept for most of the night and work up to sunshine. We had breakfast and went for walk done to the shops there were lots of fish stalls and people buying it was like our sat mornings not Sunday. We walked up the shops and bought some baguettes, a meat pie and sausages from the butchers after a 30 min wait.
