Stopover en route to Basse gorges du Verdon. Wild camping in the town. We sneaked in a canoe trip in the morning but as we returned the storms were brewing. Just as we left the heavens opened up. We are in bed early as we plan a drive ...

We travelled from small town to town as the main road would lead you through cobbled streets changing back ...

    Jetlagged and homesick, again

A travel blog entry by surrealcereal on Jan 21, 2007

... in Digne). I did not, did not, did NOT want to do any of those things. I'd complained while I was home about receiving no job training (and I mean NO job training), and I think talking about it made me anxious about returning and planning lessons. So there I was at school again, fighting jet lag, completely unsocial, unwilling to go back to work, and wishing I had another job. I even had a dream in which we were all told ...
