Well here we are back in beautiful Switzerland, this time in Geneva. They still have their own funny coloured money, they still have strange powerpoints, it is still very expensive but this time they are all French. Now that I have got the hang of Italian I have now got to change my Si's back into Oui's and my Grazia's back into Merci's.

Our home for a couple of days is our first AirBNB rental which is great, although just a ...

Trip to Geneva via Luton airport and easyjet for the bank holiday weekend. On checking in Arthur was asked 'are you here for the marathon? . After checking in we walked around lake geneva, then found an authentic restaurant - les bergeries - for Swiss fondue of gruyere & vacherin ...

... and started swimming, the water was quite nice, so I kept swimming through the show. It was very relaxing with stunning mountain views all around me, the natural surrounds and a lovely fountain. I mainly did sidestroke because my shoulder was hurting with other strokes,so I was ale to enjoy the views. A picnic dinner rounded off the evening, before we took the scenic way home because the gps got confused about a road it didn't know existed. Fortunately, it was very ...
