... the international work atmosphere was great. Following our great tour we went to Vevey, a beautiful indescribable city. We got a short break for lunch here. A few of the peers and I walked around found a restaurant and headed in with 20 minutes until we had to be back on the bus. My stay in Leysin was short, mostly due to the fact that tourist towns outside of tourist season are awfully creepy... especially when you have a 20 person hostel completely to yourself and an owner that is far too excited to have someone staying there. The two night original plan quickly turned into an overnight stop and go.
... scenic trip along the lake, passing vineyards along the way. We got talking to an American who now lived there which was very interesting. When we got to Montreux, we bought food at the Coop and sat by the lake having a picnic lunch. We then walked along the lake to Chateau de Chillon which was a 45 min walk, on what was our hottest day so far- the forecast was 29 C but it may have been a bit cooler by the lake.
