    ... and then Matt and me both went for a lunch in the sit down restaurant. It was a lot nicer then the buffet, where all these rude Europeans push you and cut you out of line. After lunch I laid back down, and then went outside late afternoon for some fresh air. Even though it was super winding and cool the fresh air really seemed to help.     ... and we were the early birds. Old folks dance until the wee hours along with the young and very young. We noticed a real sense of joy and community. Why do we like Ikaria?
