It was forecast to be hotter than normal today so I was up early for a run. It was already warm which I love at that time of day. I finished off at the beach and jumped in for a swim. I was sharing the water with trainers on three horses which was something different. When I got back to the van Brad had gone and it was still too early to get the kids up. So I went for a walk and thought I might run into Brad along the way but didn't see him. I went back in the water for a ...
