We made the hour long ride to Mt. Airy and along the way we saw a large rocky butte jutting above a forest of green trees. It was Pilot Mountain, which is about 10 miles from Mt. Airy. It was also referred to in the show as Mt. Pilot.

... that I had completely forgotten about! I think I took my time in Korea for granted. I cannot wait to go back and visit and I know I will. But, now I have to focus on getting ready for Germany. I will live there for a much longer time (6+ months)! Hopefully I'm ready for everything I'm going to face there, but I'm sure that even if I'm not I'll work my way through it.

But..I guess my question is, where am I heading now? New place, new dreams, new goals..what's next?

... steep downgrade to the street. I had to cross the street it intersected with to cross over to the Home Depot. Unfortunately, I wasn’t paying good enough attention to how steep the transition was and I heard a horrible scrape as I crossed into the street. I actually stood up because I expected to see the front end lying in the street. It looked good from where I was.

... of nowhere in Tennessee). The house itself is gorgeous, wow! Dean and his wife Laurel built it 15 years ago. It's huge and filled with so much creativity!
