        Today I bus to Frankfurt. I've been there before a long time ago when I worked for Penguins doing the book fair. I'd seen a little of the city then but it has grown in stature since and is more of a financial hub. It laden with foreigners it's not unlikeable though and has a lively atmosphere.         ... to pack in anticipation of our upcoming flight to see Sally, Ben, M1 & 2, and yes even the other four. Rather bitter sweet to leave. Europe has been full of sights, enjoyable people and experiences. With some exceptions down south, this continent is home to cultured and sophisticated people, yet rarely the pompousness we see in the U.S. They even treated us well. We would come again but not stay quite as long nor travel as much.

We did have fun trying to convince a taxi to take us to our hotel (as it was so close to the depot) and many tried using the excuse that they couldn't take a baby in their car.
