I was ready to return to our tiny little village of Kanjiza by the time my three days were up. The city seemed a little more busy and hectic than usual and I longed for the quiet. That said, I
will always have a soft spot for Budapest and I am certain I will return.

-July and August-
I finished caring for old mate Geoff in London Town and used the funds to travel around Europe for 2 months...here is where I've been.
Croatia and Hungary- travelling with Sarah for 2 weeks. Dubrovnik, Split, Plitvice Lakes, Zagreb, Budapest
Romania- discovering Transylvania and couchsurfing for the first time in the north with a wonderful local family
... many Harry could go to! Lo and behold we actually at hit the end of the Summer season so the kids were welcomed with open arms and they even had enough staff to semi control our Harry. Kids booked in Mum and Dad with bevi in hand...yep this was going to be a good week!
5 Minutes later Leah turns up at the door with harry in hand explaining that he kept running off on the instructors and that he had to be brought back in disgrace!! Ahhhh harry!!! ...

So in the end our puszta experience remained limited to walking along a few sandy tracks for several kms, seeing a herd of great horses and a few donkeys, sheep and traditional cattle around the farm, as well as a night in the tent under the stars. I guess that's actually not too bad after all. Of course not ...
