        ... a blue flag denotes excellent water quality. The camp also had a bar, supermarket and restaurant. We met a lovely woman, Ritsa and her family. She lived in Melbourne until she was 18 and now lives in Greece. She made us some Greek coffee and it was lovely to chat with her.

        ... for a drink. They have recently met and we enjoyed talking to them both. We learned a lot about their thoughts and views of Greece. Perhaps one statement summed it up, that in Greece everything is possible if it were illegal. My assessment is that Greece has lots of grey interpretation whereas countries like NZ and Germany, it is black or white, ie we voluntarily conform.

        ... was close to perfect - well until evening and the sand flies and mosquitos decided that they like this place too. Something that you would also expect in NZ I guess.

        ... So after a very pleasant few days - time has just melted away - we need to pack and move on. The only disappointment we've had is that we felt very let down at the local restaurant. If we stop for a few days, we try and have at least one "local" meal. Others along the way have been so good with local fare at a reasonable price.
