Maria, one of my best friends from back home, met me in Nice yesterday. She has two weeks to travel with me, so we planned a vacation largely involving being beach bums in southern France and later, in southern Spain. After enjoying the beautiful turquoise blues of Nice's rocky beaches all day yesterday, we came to the consensus that, while Nice is nice, we needed a sandy beach. Off to Antibes we went.
