... two sided, it's not as easy as it sounds.
One of the most famous is the San Mathias Belen in Taco, just outside of Santa Cruz .
It's made on an open bit of land, which is dedicated to the Belen, which is a working miniature village, what ever a village has, you will find here in this 'Belen' - Church, Graveyard, Blacksmith, Baker, Butcher, Grocer, Manor House, lots of houses with the locals sat outside ...
The Observatory del Teide, Tenerife is located 2.390 meters above sea level in Inzaña, an area in the vicinity of Mount Teide that lies across three municipals La Oratava, Guimar and Fasnia, this is where Astrophysics first began in the Canaries in the early 1960's.
The geographical location along with the clarity and quality of the sky, means that the Observatory del Teide is ideally suited for studying the sun.

... upset was they were playing too long, these are par 3 or 4 holes and the boys were playing par20+! I taught them how to hit the ball with their putter without knocking the ball to the other side of the ship which would help them get the ball into the hole quickly and speed up the game. At this point a Scottish man became irate with me because now I’M slowing up the game by showing the young boys how to play miniature golf! How did this go from playing ...
Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain and Canary Islands cruiseone2003... it made it quite cool also made it quite dark, but it seemed to be the most popular place for people to sit and watch the world go by. We got back to the ship around 14:00 and went and had some lunch in the Belvedere Restaurant and then sat on the lido deck by the pool drinking Speckled Hen. Marvelous.

Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, Spain and Canary Islands katstravelSaturday October 15th. As soon as we entered the harbour we were escorted to our berth. Julian and myself took the boats papers to the office and found out where the wash rooms were. There were new ones under construction so they had Porto cabins available. We spent the day browsing around town and drinking too much vino. It was a pleasant city and lovely to browse through, very different from Porto Santo. Sunday 16th. I was up reasonable early and went and had a wash ...
Santa Cruz Tenerife., Spain and Canary Islands cluainfia... to spend the after-school-time! But especially the evenings were great fun... almost all the evenings we met at our balcony for dinner, followed by a lot of wine, martini and girltalk until late at night... often so late that I still wonder how we got out of bed at 5:30h each morning!
