... are staying in is just gorgeous, like something from a movie. The town is like Noosa but thinking fishing village rather than beachside, tiny, posh, bridges, limited parking. And it's frickin' freezing! We checked in, did a quick walk around then went to a hotel on the river for a drink (which was full of cool people). Quite a few lobster places are closed for the season but we'd had a restaurant recommended to us which we went to & we had a great dinner ...

Folks back home most often ask what we miss most about land and the answer is always an easy one, THEM! During our two week visit back to New England we were able to meet up with some of our family and friends. The unfortunate thing is that we were not able to meet up with everyone we wanted to see. However, we were able to enjoy the time with the ones we did and will cherish them.

The next day I was given a tour by my host of the grounds and taken to her old house on another part of the point that was turned into a museum for Thomas Jefferson (a distant relative of my host) I later found out the interior of the museum/house is pretty much identical to when she lived there and that the furniture inside was often on loan to various art and history museum in the Boston area. ... in Boston where Josh boarded his flight to New York, where he flew to Los Angeles and then to Brisbane. I am just so happy that he is now home safe and soundly.

There is so much more that I could write about our holiday and our time together. We created so many precious memories that we will take with us forever. I can't wait to travel with you again soon :) I love you!
