I'm happy to say we have made it safety to Berlin, after almost a four hour smooth and easy drive. I wasn't even batting an eyelid as we cruised along at 150kmh and the city driving was also good. I think the roads around Nuremberg were worse and it was good that our Berlin Hotel was more straightforward to navigate which helped keep the stress levels down.
