... a lot of walking and listening to history - interesting but I think I tuned out at the end - I was pretty tired! Back to the apartment for Pizza and Gin & Tonics (from a can!) and the last chance to do a load of washing in a washing machine before I head off to Provence tomorrow to meet up with my friends Carol & David. ... past month, and have decided to try and avoid soy milk for a little while. My body likes coconut milk a lot more. Almond milk would be prima however almonds are so expensive here that we really can't afford them. Maybe if I eventually get a job ;-) and then I could buy chia seeds too! Oooo what a luxury! Paul arrived home at 630pm. We then got ready, met up with marc and visited my friend from schools Italian restaurant in ...

... developing city, and ensuring “Ann” was in each photo. Bubu had us in stitches with her ability to forever trip over her own feet midway through an intellectual sentence.

There was an obvious distinction in architecture between the old stern Soviet controlled areas and the 'free’ West. The city is clean and green, but all indications of the urban environment are of works in progress. There were subtle signs of peculiar creativity and ...
