    ... and did touristy stuff like that and then went to Monte Carlo casino. It was pretty over rated.... I wouldn't bother going back. We actually bailed and got food then met up with the group when we had to leave. I got back and crashed into bed. Got woken up at 230am by my room mate because one of the boys shaved CONTIKI in the back of his head... Bahahah. Then went back to sleep hoping that this place wouldn't have bed bugs. WORST ACCOMMODATION ...

    ... in our room. Nice is a city that I could spend more time. It is a gorgeous place and very easy to get around. Today has been one of our best days. Nice and surrounds just ooze money. Just near our ship there are a multitude of boats that would be worth millions of dollars. In Nice today we saw an Aston Martin, followed by a Maserati, followed in third place by a lowly Mercedes sports. Tomorrow we have an early breakfast and then take a car to Nice-Ville railway station and then off to ...

    ... relaxing personal time. The view of the mountains and the castle ruins made for a wonderful stay. There were many sheep, goats and horses wandering around, and occasionally we'd see a few right outside our door.
    Language was extremely difficult here, and for that reason our stay was cut a bit short. ...

    Our day in Nice begins with President Judy Bernard's calling the Annual Meeting of the Quimper Club to order promptly at nine; by far, the most exciting part was the presentation of the plans for next year's meeting in Seattle-unusual tours, museums, glass-blowing and a potlatch, among other things, plus an extension trip to Vancouver.

    ... br> We enjoyed Danita's Birthday dinner in a Restaurant in the Old Town and attempted to avoid Restaurants where groups of Soccer fans were cheering on their teams. I have a feeling we were the only ones in town who don't like Soccer!
    Leisurely, pleasant walk back to the car where we had to pay €9.80 for their fee.
    Hasn't taken us long to realise how expensive it is down here. But beautiful nevertheless.

    Back home and it was time to sing ...
