      ... a handy dandy mat!

      We had to set up in the rain and our planned bbq ended up being a pan fry. Of course that got the fire alarm going so that battery was removed! Oh well! We'll put it back before we head out again. :-)

      We're staying over for the day to do some more laundry, do some cleanup and just rest. We head to Miami ...

      ... he likes the challenge of learning something new too. After we found the right battery and ordered it we drove through Jacksonville to get to the A1A. Jacksonville seems to be a very working class city and as it was Sunday, the streets were very very quiet. It took awhile to make our way through the streets but we managed to get through Jacksonville and onto the A1A. I suggest if you ever drive down the east coast of Florida and have time on your hands ...

      ... having met his team owner and crew in Charley Horse the night before. We had a great chat with his mom Vera and met his fiancée Leah. Hard to believe he turns 30 this year, we watched him race for the first time at Mosport when he was still in high school, driving a formula Mazda open wheeler. Today he drove an Aston Martin DB5, jet black and pretty cool, alas out of the top ten finishers. Better luck tomorrow Mark.
