Today is the last day of the Conference and our last full day in Atlanta. Drive to Orlando tomorrow to join the cruise on the 11th. I left the hotel early and caught the shuttle bus to the Martin Luther King Jnr Historic site. It included the Ebeneza Baptist Church that his father and he were ministers. The church was the centre of his civil rights work. His wife, after his assassination, took over and continued his amazing work for peace ...

His mother is an architect for Guatemala city and works in a firm with her husband, an engineer. She taught us several words in Spanish and warned us that "coche," one of the words for car, actually means pig in Guatemala and that would not take us as far as a car would! We also learned about many different aspects ...

        ... day...

We went back to Shane's for a nap and then headed back into the city for the evening. Again we struggled to find our way. We tried to get to the Evening At Bree. I was interested in that being a huge LOTR fan but we arrived late and they were doing a costume contest. It was great to see so many amazing costumes. We were way in the back though so it was hard to see the great detail. If I did this again I would be ...
