Ostend, Belguim was a quick 2 night stopover on our way to Amsterdam.

It had a huge beach and a large esplanade with some cool orange art features.

It was empty of people and would be one of those places that come alive in summer.

We did a day trip to the nearby gorgeous city of Bruges.

This is a cool city centred around a couple of big plazas, lots of canals and pretty photo

A little band played a few songs in the background making the atmosphere really relaxed and certainly a unique way to end our time in Brugge, however we did feel we would have gained more from the experience had we been French speakers, as it was the mother-tongue of both Willy and the ...

... happy, did some sightseeing in Brugge on my way to
camping. I was passing by a hostel, saw some people sitting outside
and talking, it was 17 EUR per night, thought if its worth it, and
figured it is not.

On my way bought a package of waffles. It
was around 23 and I thought no one is going to be there to take the
money. After the trip I checked it costs 14 EUR per tent. I did not
even have a tent. I had ...
