... a good thing. We tried nine Belgian beers, from brown to blonde to fruit, and found that Belgium is known for beer for good reason! I might have gained twenty pounds in Bruges... I promise I like this place for more than the food! The vibe in this city is wonderful. There is a bit of a slower pace of life here, the people are really friendly and helpful, and I could hang out here for a long time. Tomorrow we are going south to Luxembourg and then who ...

The view of the city at the top was amazing and well worth ...

needed to see the square in lights. But, the attitude taken for this
journey is one where everyone gets to do what they want to do and if at all
possible, “everybody rides the same rides”; something I experienced years ago
on a trip to an Amusement Park with my Aunt Pat’s friend Jerry and the whole
family. It was the best time ever at an amusement park, and the first

... were so steep. At the end, we were all given a glass of Brugse Zot and we had a good time sitting around laughing and trading travel disaster stories.

Dawn, Jeff, Carolyn and I decided to get dinner, so we chose a restaurant in the guidebook based on the fact that its menu consisted of "peasant" food, including pancakes. When we got to The Flemish Pot, we realized that it was going to be a lot fancier than peasant food, but we stayed anyway. I had some really good ...
