    We woke at 5am this morning to catch the ferry from Athens to Santorini. In a daze we hopped on the wrong train line but quickly backtracked to the previous stop to get on the right one. Once at the port we beelined to Seajet to collect our tickets and onto the fast ferry for the 5 hour voyage to Santorini (the slow boat takes around 12 hours).     ... and the weather in Greece is very quickly cooling down I had decided that I would still visit some Greek islands as it'd be a shame to get all this way and not see them so I boarded a flight to Santorini - of the clifftop white building blue roof fame.     ... Unfortunately it was closed with no signage at to advise if it is ever open to the public or not. Oh well, the view from here was truly spectacular.
