... Nou (the FC Barcelona stadium). We drove down part of Avinguda Diagonal (a street running west to east across the whole city) which is home to PwC Barcelona! After seeing the whole city at once, we all realized how happy we were to be in Barri Gótic. Very local with awesome restaurants and close to the beach. We really lucked out with location! Sitting in the TGV from Paris. We were lucky to get a good deal for our Barcelona to Girona return tickets. Too bad we missed the first leg leaving from Barcelona (see earlier post). We are going to complete the same 120kms odd in 40mins as opposed to 1 hour 45 mins. How I wish Australia had high speed ...

... fried ball that turned out to be potato mixed with some mysterious things then covered in the same sauce as the patatas bravas. Not spicy but delicious! Monday was a very special day! My birthday :) started off by skyping mum and dad and then off to the beach it was! We grabbed some rolls for lunch and ate them on the beach. Then the sun disappeared... so to the next best place. The mall. It was way bigger than I expected and in an area where there is also ...
