      loved this place so much. a huge apartment, great food, great view and great value for money. can't say enough about it. :)

      Spacious one bedroom apartment. Nice garden and pools. Well equipped kitchenette. Underground private parking. Free WiFi.
      Great buffet breakfast.

      ... in the drizzle, around the large campsite to the shop to get a barra (not a baguette) for lunch.
      It didn't seem worth catching the bus down into the town or beach, so we had a relaxing rest of the morning and lunch.

      ... long before we were threading our way through the mess of motorway junctions, on the left and right(!!) around Barcelona. It was getting sunnier and warmer all the time and we were relieved to finally get to Vilanova i la Getru and the campsite at Vilanova Park.       ... in the gardens, but as the walk progressed we found ourselves in the seedier parts of the town with the high rise flats and graffiti.       ... through the crowded La Rambla then walk through the Gothic district and head back home. Lutty and his flatmates are hanging about so we make dinner while I try and converse miserably in Spanish with them. Afterwards, we smoke some shisha and watch the new movie Now You See Me with Spanish subtitles which is surprisingly useful for my vocabulary. It is 1am and my hopes of an early night are dashed.
