... them to eat the dead skin. It does sound really yukky but it felt fine – little tickles and certainly our feet felt smoother afterwards. A further little walk, then lunch and then another walk. We are finding the vendors initially assertive but once it is clear that we don't wish to make a purchase they are actually really friendly – especially to Craig. It is a very MALE population but also secular with strong women.

On the way back down we ride through a narrow ravine. There is an old stone arched bridge and another strange restaurant built out over the ravine stream supported on very fragile looking poles.
Another trip down to the wifi cafe for cappuccino rounds out the day. Tomorrow we head north back towards Greece.

The road up to the Rivera Restaurant is appalling. It snakes up the mountain, all hairpins, ruts and loose gravel. It is not much fun going back down in the dark but we make it.
And so ends another day in Turkey.
Charly & K-H leave first. I go for a final swim in the Med and then follow. We are heading for Karl-Heinz' house in Kemer, south of Antalya.
