I know it's been a while since I've posted, but have no fear, I am not one of the unfortunate 8 souls who died last weekend from an avalanche in the surrounding areas. True stat. I haven't done any crazy traveling the past two weeks, but I have visited some pretty cool places that I can fill y'all in on!

... North into France to Evian. I didn't see anything particularly stunning that makes their water better than anywhere else, but it is a nice town at the foot of the mountains and was worth a visit. Our final day was pretty much a washout, but fortunately our AirBNB guy has a massive TV and so we had a chillout day, catching up on some schooling, playing Monopoly and watching a couple of movies. Next stop, back into France to Champagne. :-)
... MasterCard or our qantas cards both which can be used as credit cards EVERYWHERE ELSE!! And nowhere on their website did it mention anything about this! So we go to get our car which we had planned on sleeping in, it's 8.30 at night and we were refused! We tried other car place and they all had no cars except for 1 which was €388 euros for the 2 nights! That's almost $600!! So we were stranded! And what was worse is there ...
I have finally managed to reach Geneva. I was only 2 days and 2 hours later than I planned! All that due to the air traffic controllers being on strike. Well, I made it there with all my stuffs and a sore arm (from carrying my luggage). I was so glad to finally reach my new home.
