Mt. Fuji
For our last day in Tokyo we splashed out and did a day trip to Mt Fuji. We packed up our backpacks, left our little hotel and made our way across town - during rush hour. Pretty difficult with a giant bag! We stored our bags in a locker at the station and got a bus to Mt fuji. It took around two hours but just after half an hour after leaving Tokyo you are travelling through the hills which are beautiful. When we arrived we ...

... wind. Mark was wearing shorts. Will be zero at the Mt? We are now in the bus going there, will see.

Once docked at Okata, there appeared to be no one from our hotel to greet us but then a man came with a banner with the inn's name in kanji on it. Unfortunately neither of us could read it.
Once at the Hotel, the host arranged car hire for us and sent us off on a circumnavigation of the island. The ...
Enoshima
... Again, it's pretty close from our place. I always see it when I drive pass the beach coast and I thought I knew about Enoshima but it wasn't true. Aki showed up at our place with lots of yummy food such as ice cream, mini-pies, boxed small cakes. (* Remember, it's her BD.) We had some quick tea and headed to a fresh seafood Japanese restaurant it's called Eboshi. Nick and I had Sashimi lunch sets, Aki had a baked tuna head lunch ...
