... there were lots of Spaniards with full sets of clubs, trolleys and all the gear!
We carried on until we came to a sort of natural park. There was no entry for vehicles and the path was very steep. A runner passed us and went up and down the hill 4 or 5 times!!.

... long before we were threading our way through the mess of motorway junctions, on the left and right(!!) around Barcelona. It was getting sunnier and warmer all the time and we were relieved to finally get to Vilanova i la Getru and the campsite at Vilanova Park. ... counter, we later found out they were just there for storage reasons but hey we enjoyed them... So at the late hour of 9.30pm but after a 9hr session I exited stage right and left the boys with muted jeers of the club opens at 11pm until 4am..! Good luck boys I thought and walked back home... ... the coast path in the opposite direction into the town of L’Ametlla de Mar. This was a very traditional spanish town with narrow streets and a few little bars with the ‘old boys’ sitting outside in the sunshine. The town also has a fishing port which it turns out, has the largest tuna fishing fleet in the whole of Spain.
