Arrived here at lunch time, unexpected peace and quite in run down motorhome only campsite. Was going to have given the place a miss and gone for the more traditional all singing and dancing over priced Italian campsite. Glad we didn't, in small field next to lake only two other vans. ... so we packed a lot in....starting with coffee at an amazing cafe, whose name escapes me right now....the shame!!! By far the best coffee I've had for a really long time, even counting Perth. And the decor was incredible, so lavish, more like a Viennese coffee house, though it was also reminiscent of the Venetian cafés on piazza San Marco. After that we headed to the Egyptian Museum.
