An early rise to the morning, which was half way through my Australian birthday and the start of my Italian Birthday...hmmm good on you time differences, confusing to say the least! I arrived in Milano with a few hours to spare before Kates train arrived, i decided to take a stroll and find some nice streets to walk through which wasn't hard at all! majority of the cobble stone ...
... its so thick and dark ahhhh, we named it chocolate soup/sauce and it is now a favourite!
we then continued shopping, then Kate had to catch the metropolitan (subway) back to the train station and ride back to Biella! It was so good to catch up with her!
I had an hour or so to spare so I spent that time searching for a toilet that I didn't have to pay for! Rdiculous, I ended up finding one in Auto Grill, ...
... I return to reality outside the roman terme walls.
I take a last stroll down the shopping area, feeling healthier, fresher and pure! It is as if people around me, notice the difference or maybe its the blond hair attracting attention again.
All that wellness makes me hungry and I return to the hotel. Can't wait to jump into the triple kingsize bed all to myself.

... was built in the 5th century, then renewed in the 9th century. Enough of churches and history, it was time to visit the Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle 2nd for a more detailed exploration. There are many museums in Milan; some we had seen already, but tonite was saw what I think is 'the' Science and Technology museum. Maybe it was the Da Vinci science exhibits, maybe it was the night time atmosphere of the free 24 hours exhibit & ...
