... you didn’t get the door knocker lol. Harem pants eh? I want photos! It is exciting that there will be lots of history still buried for our grandchildren to find. Ephesus was amazing - how advanced the Romans were with their “technology”.

... our included lunch is a tad ordinary. They give us some local wines, the white is very sweet polish remover, the red is just red polish remover. Eventually find a beer as we walk through the shops. No real shopping opportunity, mainly tourist ****, with little variety.
We return along the coast to the ship. We stop for a photo opportuniy at one their favourite beaches. It is white sand, but a long way down from the road we are traveling on. The specks on the photo are people.
... br> Predominantly a holiday island, plenty of cafes, clothing stores, a great place to just chil and relax, we had some refreshing drinks at a café with free Wi Fi, Sue and Zac went back to the ship via tender, which is a bit cooler when traveling over the water and had a dip in the pool onboard.
Heading to another Greek island, Corfu, next and will catch up then.

After lunch, we go a "free" champagne art auction. Some pieces sell for over $20 000. We win the raffle for a piece of art work, which ends uo costing $350 to frme and send home.
We get constant invites to future auctions, as valued customers. We stay well away.
Dinner tonight requires formal dress. We :"frock up" and enjoy the meal. Photographers tske lots of photos of us and we buy a few for about $150.
... like seconds, the Buckners were all loaded in the dinghy, and being chauffeured to the rocks by Alexio. Grammy stayed on Board to photograph this momentous occasion . Also, jumping off those rocks looks just too scary to me. The wind was whistling the halyards, and rippling the water.... Not looking too inviting to swim.... Maybe tomorrow, I am thinking.... Now no. Dinner in Fiscado at IRIDA's was once again a totally fantastic meal, wine, and chocolate ...
