Great breakfast, all inclusive service (including lugging our bags up the cliffs), very helpful advice, and the views!

    Santorini!

Wow, Santorini is unlike any other place on the world, with little time to write any posts or do anything else. Santorini is made up of a number of white square and round houses perched on top a huge caldera (volcano crater). It's hard to sum up Santorini except through pictures, but perhaps the most memorable part of it apart from the fantastic …

We tried looking at a couple of shops but everything was very expensive so it looks like taking home something from Greece other than some extra kilos will not be happening. There is very little pushy selling once you wade through the mandatory taxi drivers and find the local ...

... been to the gym the next day in other words sore! Sue felt the bruising on her quads later in the day. We then set off for a haircut for Richard. This little barber shop was away from the hustle and bustle of the main town and with beautiful owes of the non steep side of the island. The barber did not speak English so it was interesting. We have decided that the more we try to explain the more jumbled the message gets as ...

... s Day best wishes which did not help! That was the highlight of the day! George Danikian! He spoke Greek to the waiter! Of course we promised to catch up some time in Lonsdale Street. Happy Mothers Day to all the gorgeous mums in my immediate Webb family and beyond! It was lovely to catch up with our two wonderful kids on Face Time this morning and to see pictures of our grandchildren on Facebook. We have chalked up 1000 hits on the blog, so my ...
