... steps. We rested at the hotel for a while then went to the cool pub for some food. Had some really nice salads and many many drinks. Met a couple from nz and hung with them for a while and did 7 shots to get a free singlet. We went back to the hotel for a welcome drink and went back out to the pubs and had a good time drinking and dancing. Got really really drunk and couldn't find the hotel and somehow got seperated. Eventually made my way back to the hotel and slept for about 24 ...

... Once Erin went I jumped in, and the others followed suit. The cliff was about 20 feet high, and we plunged into crystal clear water (the entire Aegean Sea must be sparkling and clear). After drying off we went to the somewhat dormant volcano in the middle of the caldera of Santorini. There is one man that lives there with a bunch of goats and chickens. Apparently he barters with the locals with fish he catches for things ...

... better?! After a relaxing/lazy afternoon on our balcony we finally dragged ourselves out for some dinner. To be honest, we were both having one of those 'I can't be bothered with dinner' nights, where had we been home it would have been cheese toasties and cornflakes for dinner! Lesson learnt - don't have a big night drinking when you have to take a ferry the next day! The ferry ride from Mykonos to Santorini was about 3 hours and the water was quite choppy to make things worse...with sore heads from the night before, it was not a winning combination! Nevertheless we arrived safely to Santorini and were immediately blown away by the immense cliff-face looming over the ...

... bike, we were off. It is really good to have our own transport again because it means we don't have to do so much walking and we can stop and take photos wherever we want to. We will definately recommend this form of travel to anyone coming to Santorini.

We stopped off in a few places on the way to Santorini Winery. When we got to the winery, the views were as amazing as they are all over the island.
