Great breakfast, all inclusive service (including lugging our bags up the cliffs), very helpful advice, and the views!

We are of the impression that Greece is "traveller beware", and that they are out to extract out of you by any means the most money that they can with no regard to service, ethics, or value for money. Plan B was getting up to the town by donkey…Plan C was walking, now it’s not that I was against walking but it walking amongst the 50-60 donkeys using the same path and it gets a bit…hmm yucky, and equivalent to over 600 steps.

Anyway not to worry we made the first group, great views from inside the cable car…spectacular views if you ...

... and a church. We never really knew where we were but just kept following the hill and the steps down with little side steps down to find a view and the fog started lifting or else we got below it.

We were finally low enough to spot the cable car which runs up from the port where the cruise ship shuttles come and the base of the town, sort of, where the shops and restaurants start. There is an amazing set ...
