We bought a large pork loin for dinner, along with Lynn's potato salad, my green salad, and other goodies furnished by Lisa and Rich, as well as even more goodies done by our friends Angie and Dave. They included wholewheat dinner rolls, fresh green beans and Lisa's homemade Blackberry Pie with Ice Cream to top it off. Lots of food, lots of calories... Good eats as our son ...

... and we will leave Seaside for 3 weeks in Pacific City. Will do some boating there and Don has been warned to remember the canoe paddles, Ha, Ha!. We love the beach in Pacific City as well as some a little further north toward Tillamook. Will try more biking in Tillamook area too.

Attached some of the photos I have done the past couple of weeks, hope you enjoy them.

Love and hugs to all, Charlie and Marilyn

I have always done that, but normally settle into avoiding it once a few have looked shiftily away; it would be nice to be oblivious. For the greater good, of course. On to Seaside, via Cannon Beach. The latter is smaller and quainter, plus it has the rock ...

We all slept fairly well at our little campsite in Mallard Bay (other than Fergie, of course). We were on the road shortly after (we're slowly mastering our set-up and pack-up times). We drove for a while and ended up at a truck-stop restaurant called Templin's Country Corner. I had me some country fried steak and hashbrowns. So good. I have not yet found a place in Canada that compares to the United States when it comes to country fried steak. It was ...
