Yesterday we had our first horrific taste of travelling on the I.5 or Interstate 5. We hadn't realised that it was Memorial Day holiday, so the traffic was horrendous, so were the climatic conditions. It bucketed down the whole way from Seattle down to near our destination.
Trying to find a gas station was fun (not) as they were on the opposite side of the highway of course. This did not go down at all well with my driver!
