... I am hoping will pull some more punters in. I even had an enquiry for next Christmas! I also had a phone call from the director of the ESF ( Ėcole du Ski) in La Mongie asking to meet us, not sure what for but it sort of feels an honour and may be very useful, so the business cards paid off.

What a difference a day makes

... happened to be from Kingston (ON). Beyond being lovely, she suggested that we head a few blocks north to visit the indoor market. Saturday is its best day. Once we got past the flee markety stuff outside, the indoor market was quite impressive. The variety and quality of the products was top class. Heat wave and first snow

We have collected our own wood with Stefan helping an older neighbour cut his timber in return for a weekly load. Although we have not yet had to have the new heating on, we do light a fire in the evenings, so the wood is most welcome.
