I lamented the fact that we wouldn't get to see any roses at that time of night, but as it happened, there was a rose bush growing on a corner of the main street. It smelled divine. It was a pink David Austin rose, but I'm not sure what it was. The only thing left to do was pack. ... boat to the island--way cool; right?! As we got off the bus, the guide announced that there was not enough room for everyone to ride the Viking boat, the rest would be transported via motor boat. Well, you could feel the crowd surge forward to be the lucky ones to get on that Viking boat--& I would not be left out! So I pushed & shoved, & got on that boat along with the hoard! The Viking boat turned out to be a motorboat, ...
