... straight after the lesson and hared off straight down the hill (instead of across), panicked and forgot how to turn, stop or anything. She conquered it in the end, after she got over her fright! Crossing the Alps

... too much and tired due to our disruption last night. Planned to drive over the Alps into Italy only to find the road was closed, feeling very jealous of the people out skiing and snowboarding around us. Backtracked slightly to get back on the highway to take us into Italy, taking us up and over the Alps with spectacular views. Parked up near a castle overlooking a lake after loosing alot of height, no snow in sight only a backdrop of snowy peaks from the Alps.
