Eventually leaving for the 173 mile ride from ...

... in Roquefort, we went straight to the refuge, with plans to ask the local hostess where we could find a specialist for my foot. We were in luck. The lady who ran the refuge worked as a physical therapist before her retirement. I told her my strange symptoms and how long the pain had been growing, and then she pushed and prodded my foot. It is only in my left foot, and my right foot is in fact totally fine and pain free. Always look on the bright ...
