... was much preferred. I went and sat outside while we waited for dinner time. It was so gorgeous, the ocean and the waves, the bright blue sky, and the continuous horizon of small Italian towns on the coast. Absolutely amazing.
The next day began at 8am. When the owners aren't on board the day goes like:
10am - Breakfast
12pm - Lunch
5pm - Dinner

I am starting to think ti's the sugar that is our biggest food enemy. If i am to keep up this style of eating when I get home, it's fresh food all the time. No preservatives and limited sugar. Learn to like less sweet things.
