    ... main streets to the sea. It was hot and we had a little lie down in he grass, there hasn't been too much of it around the place! There were a few homeless men sleeping in the park which was a bit odd, and I was a little worried we weren't actually allowed on the grass but it all seemed ok.     ... was much preferred. I went and sat outside while we waited for dinner time. It was so gorgeous, the ocean and the waves, the bright blue sky, and the continuous horizon of small Italian towns on the coast. Absolutely amazing.

    The next day began at 8am. When the owners aren't on board the day goes like:
    10am - Breakfast
    12pm - Lunch
    5pm - Dinner
    Simple enough.

    We had a bbq instead of a traditional dinner ...

    ... food, but they are not obsessed with it. Also, they don't have sugar in every single thing they eat. While I still like something sweet, it's not as big of a deal to me. I am starting to think ti's the sugar that is our biggest food enemy. If i am to keep up this style of eating when I get home, it's fresh food all the time. No preservatives and limited sugar. Learn to like less sweet things.
