... and thats for every flight. So we had to come up with a cunning plan. We are using a courier to send a case over to Singapore to our hotel ready for our cruise. It may seem like a lot of messing around but this is our holiday of a life time and we want to take suits and dresses we have bought for the cruise and have room for a few (very few say's Tony) momentos to ...

... stuff is planned.
Now we are starting to get an idea of which are the 'must not be missed' places along the way - we can't possibly see everywhere and experience everything but shortlisting is going to be tricky!
The current plan is....
India - Sri Lanka - Singapore - Australia - New Zealand - Fiji - Argentina - Uruguay
Can't wait!

... 23,000 and the stadium could have held 27,000(?) I think. I got a real buzz out of being one of the 'odd men out' seeing England was playing on their home ground.... and when the roars went up from the English people when they eventually scored - I felt it was more relief than happiness! It was all fairly good natured except when (as John said) the English people booed their own team off at half time. I missed that entirely as I ...
Wigan, England, United Kingdom polliesTow truck 2, turns up at 15:29 and we are off again for the next leg of the journey, Stirling Services to Lancaster Services. This journey takes around 4 hours and I have a nice chat with the driver, Jim all the way. We phone ahead and arrange the next tow truck to meet us at Lancaster at 19:15, guess what? Yes, it wasn't there and I am told it won't be there until 20:15 and it finally arrives at 20:30
Lancaster, England, United Kingdom peterward... hours with no breaks due to accidents and roadworks on the motorway. We feel like we know the M6 very well now. Having checked in we took the tram to the venue; The Norbreck Castle Hotel. We had no idea where we were going but some guy took pity on us and showed us where to get off the tram and where to register once we got there. Most people there were really nice and helpful, you don't get that here. We made it on time to register and the first thing we did ...
Blackpool, England, United Kingdom hannah0... club on Tuesday 21 February 1961. They had returned to Liverpool from Hamburg, Germany. The Cavern Club is the first playable location in The Beatles: Rock Band (the game).
To enter the club you have to go down about two floors of stairs, and then you enter a quite big cave. On early evenings the scene is open to everyone able to play guitare, and people play old beatles standards, will other join them in singing. Really nice athmosphere ...
John took me to Blackpool. He may have wanted to show me a UK beach resort. The street along the beach was full of decorations. I took a picture of his profile in the car. It was just a memory of Blackpool. We were on the way from Preston, where we met his old friend, and John talked about the word "love", because people there used "love" meaning "you" very often, when they talk to someone, like "Good morning, love!". That sounded awkward to him.
