... way down the old A5 through Atcham and then along minor roads via Upton Magna and Haughmond Hill. Just before Upton Magna we saw six Fallow Deer crossing the road. We take this road once or twice most months after dark and probably see deer on more than half the journeys, along with foxes, hedgehogs and the occasional owl or even badger.
